Navigating life's complexities can be challenging. I've journeyed through its highs and lows, often feeling isolated and lost. My daily battle with mental health shapes my unique perspective of life. I've realized many share similar experiences, whether in mental health, sexuality, friendships, or relationships. Our existences are distinct yet interconnected. I began a sketchbook, which evolved into poems, and eventually this book. I debated sharing these intimate thoughts but realized the value in a book that resonates with others' experiences. My hope is that this book offers comfort and a sense of belonging to its readers.
